Shipping Policy
All Items are Hand Made/ customised to order therefore our processing time is aprox 1-4 weeks. Please check our instagram page @furandfetchcollective for the latest processing times as these may reduce or change. If you are needing your product for a certain date or birthday please message us beforehand so we can help accommodate this.
Please note once items are purchased you have committed to that order due to the handmade process starting we are unable to cancel any orders once purchased.
Shipping, Our updated 2023 shipping. All items are shipped with your chosen postal service after the processing time. You will receive a email confirmation once your item has been dispatch this will have your tracking number to directly track your item with that chosen company. Once the item has left our building and handed over to that chosen company delays that may occur directly with them is completely out of our control.
When you receive your shipping email. This means your order is completed and your label has been assigned to your parcel box. Depending on sorting office closure times this parcel will go out the same day or next working day.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please make sure you have read the sizing section on our website and measured your Furever Friend before choosing a size to ensure you are getting the correct item made for you. We understand each dog varies therefore we will be more than happy to create a product made just for you.
As all items are Hand Made to order we do not accept returns on handmade or personlised items, however this does not affect your consumer rights. Each item is hand made with lots of time, delicacy, passion and love for dogs. As a Dog Mom myself I will only create products to the highest standard as our Furever Friends mean so much to us and deserve the best. If there is an issue with your item when it arrives please let me know immediately so I can review the situation and make it right.
